We had to let go Tuva last week at age of 12 ½ years. As a puppy Tuva already stole our hearts. She became Johan’s best companion in the field on hunting days, tests and trials. Tuva was a super picking up dog, steady, quiet and keen to work. In 2009 she became mother off our C-litter with 10 puppies. Tuva’s daughter Chelsea stayed with us. At tests and trials she has won awards as well as the Colin Wells cup of the Dutch Flatcoated Retriever Society, i.e. the award for best Flatcoated Retriever at open class AV Field Trials in the Netherlands. This cup was the icing on the cake for years in the fields with her! Our memory of her remains forever. Thank you Marie, Camilla and Stina for our lovely Tuva!
